Mother has enjoyed meeting some of the students at my school.  This picture was taken during "Home Stay Orientation" when we met our new "daughters" Noriko and Kaori.

Searcy, Arkansas is located in the foothills of the Ozarks.   Growing up in Searcy gave the advantages of small town life but with close proximity to a larger city (Little Rock) for cultural activities (Arkansas Razorback Football, concerts, etc.) and, of course, Christmas shopping.
